Narvaw Collective Academy Hosts Future-Ready Workshop on AI, Data Science and Innovative Learning

Sheeri Baramulla, December 13, 2025:

Narvaw Collective Academy on Saturday organised a day-long workshop titled “Narvaw Future Minds Workshop,” focusing on emerging technologies and innovative learning approaches to prepare students for future academic and career challenges.

The programme witnessed active participation from students and parents across the Narvaw Valley, reflecting a growing awareness of the need for future-oriented education. Aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the workshop aimed to familiarise participants with key domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Applied Data Science, Robotics, and innovation in education.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Managing Director of Narvaw Collective Academy, emphasised the importance of early exposure to emerging skills. He stated that understanding AI, data science, and experiential learning methods has become essential in today’s rapidly evolving world, and reiterated the academy’s commitment to empowering local youth through modern, skill-based education.

A key session was conducted by innovative educator Reyaz Ahmad Ganai, who highlighted experiential and activity-based learning, particularly teaching science through toys and games. He explained that hands-on learning enhances conceptual clarity, creativity, and problem-solving skills, while making education more engaging and inclusive.

The workshop also featured insightful sessions by young scientists Mr. Anzar Amin and Ms. Shahida Bano, who spoke on Artificial Intelligence, Applied Data Science, scientific temper, technological literacy, and innovation-driven career pathways. They encouraged students to develop curiosity and adaptability, and guided parents on informed academic planning.

Founded by Dr. Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Er. Amjed Ramzan Dar, and Mr. Muneer Ahmad Mir, Narvaw Collective Academy reaffirmed its commitment to promoting innovation, scientific temperament, and skill-based learning in the region. The programme included interactive discussions, one-on-one guidance, and meaningful parent-student engagement.

In a collective message, the organisers called upon the community to work together towards a progressive future for the Narvaw Valley, noting that the workshop marked an important step in equipping students with the knowledge, confidence, and future-ready skills required to succeed in a competitive global environment.
