All Schools in Kashmir Closed Today Amid Heavy Rains: DSEK

Srinagar, Sep 3 (KNC): The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) on Wednesday announced the closure of all schools across the Valley for the day in view of heavy rains.

Director School Education Kashmir, G.N. Itoo, told Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that both government and private schools will remain closed as a precautionary measure.

“The decision has been taken to ensure the safety of students, teaching staff, and commuters amid the prevailing inclement weather conditions,” he said.
