In a vibrant celebration of academic excellence, Government Higher Secondary School Delina organized a grand felicitation ceremony to honour the toppers of Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students and staff, reflecting the school’s commitment to encouraging merit.
Certificates and medals were presented to the top three position holders in each stream—Medical, Humanities, and Commerce—as well as to meritorious students from junior classes.

The event was elegantly anchored by Lecturer Dr. Haris Hamza, whose poetic interludes and articulate presentation infused the ceremony with literary charm. He also highlighted the importance of educational excellence and the value of consistent effort.
Worthy Principal Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Wani, in his presidential address, commended the tireless efforts of the teaching staff and urged students to keep striving for excellence.
“Let this achievement mark the beginning of greater pursuits. Your future demands your full commitment. Stay away from mobile phones and useless apps,” he advised.
In an inspiring speech, overall school topper Sana Zehra encouraged her fellow students to “stay away from distractions and remain focused, consistent, and dedicated towards their studies.” She also expressed heartfelt gratitude to her lecturers for their guidance and support.
All other faculty members congratulated the awardees and motivated younger students to follow their example of academic discipline.
The ceremony concluded with group photographs, joyous celebrations, and a renewed wave of academic enthusiasm across the campus.
