The Jammu and Kashmir All Departments Clerical Staff Association (JKADCSA) and the School Education Non-Teaching Employees Forum (SENTEF) J&K have extended a warm welcome to Mr. Naseer Ahmad Wani (JKAS) on his appointment as Director School Education, Kashmir (DSEK)._
The delegation hails the visionary leadership of Mr. Naseer Ahmad Wani (JKAS); extends gratitude to officials for the career progression of the Non-Teaching cadre. In a joint statement, the associations expressed heartfelt optimism that Mr. Wani’s visionary leadership, administrative proficiency, and reform-oriented outlook will usher in a new era of growth, accountability, and inclusiveness in the education sector across the Kashmir Division.
The delegation noted that his tenure is expected to rejuvenate the academic ecosystem, strengthen institutional functioning, and pave the way for addressing the legitimate aspirations of employees, particularly those belonging to the Non-Teaching cadre.
“We are confident that under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Naseer Ahmad Wani, the long-pending issues of the Non-Teaching community will receive due attention and meaningful redressal. All other pending issues of the Non-Teaching employees shall also be resolved in a time-bound manner,” the statement read.
