JKNHMEA Mourns the Untimely Demise of Senior Founder Member Dr. Aijaz Rasool

The Jammu & Kashmir National Health Mission Employees Association (JKNHMEA) expresses its deepest sorrow and heartfelt condolences on the sad and untimely demise of our beloved colleague, Senior Founder Member, and distinguished medical professional, Dr. Aijaz Rasool, Medical Officer at Block Qaimoh, District Kulgam, who left for his heavenly abode after a brief illness.
Dr. Aijaz Rasool was not only a committed Medical Officer but also one of the foundational pillars of JKNHMEA. From the very inception of the Association, his role was marked by sincerity, vision, and unwavering dedication to the cause of healthcare workers under the National Health Mission. He was known for his professional excellence, humane approach toward patients, and steadfast support to colleagues. His calm demeanor, ethical conduct, and readiness to serve in challenging circumstances earned him immense respect across the health fraternity.
His demise has created a profound void that will be difficult to fill. The loss is not confined to his family alone, but is deeply felt by the entire medical community, his colleagues, and all those whose lives he touched through his service and compassion.
Muneer Andrabi, President, JKNHMEA, in his condolence message said:
“The passing away of Dr. Aijaz Rasool is a great personal and collective loss for JKNHMEA. As a Senior Founder Member, his guidance, wisdom, and unwavering commitment laid strong foundations for the Association. He served humanity with devotion and upheld the highest values of the medical profession. We pray that Almighty Allah grants him Jannat-ul-Firdous and gives sabr-e-jameel to the bereaved family.”
Altaf Bhat, Senior Vice President, JKNHMEA, stated:
“Dr. Aijaz Rasool was a man of principle and dedication. His contributions to strengthening the Association and his tireless service to the people will always be remembered. The entire fraternity stands united in grief and extends heartfelt sympathies to his family.”
Musadiq Rafiq, Vice President, JKNHMEA, remarked:
“His demise has deeply saddened us all. Dr. Aijaz Rasool was a compassionate doctor and a sincere colleague who always stood for unity and welfare of NHM employees. May Allah (SWT) envelop him in His infinite mercy and grant patience to his loved ones.”
Abdul Raooof, Chief Spokesperson, JKNHMEA, said:
“JKNHMEA mourns the loss of one of its most respected Founder Members. Dr. Aijaz Rasool’s legacy of service, humility, and commitment will continue to inspire generations of healthcare workers. We pray for eternal peace for the departed soul.”
