His record-breaking achievement is a testament to the talent and potential of Kashmiri youth when nurtured with the right opportunities.”

Expressing personal happiness over the accomplishment, Rafique Rather added, “The father of Auqib, Gh. Nabi Dar, popularly known as Gee Enn Dee, is a brother-like friend, and I extend my warmest congratulations to him on the spectacular success of his proud son.”

Rafique Rather expressed confidence that Auqib Nabi will soon represent India in the National Cricket Team and emerge as a valuable asset to the country. He also urged the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association to provide every possible support and assistance to this rising star so that he continues to shine on bigger platforms.
