Three nomads goes missing in Qazigund, families seek help

Efforts on trace the trio, says Police

Three nomads goes missing in Qazigund area of south Kashmiri’s Kulgam district since last three days, an official said on Sunday.

An official told that three nomads went missing on Feb 13 evening after they left from their homes in Chandian Pajan for wedding function at the house of maternal uncle in Ashmuji Bhan in Kulgam district.

They have been identified as Reyaz Ahmad, Showkat Ahmad of Chandian Pajan and Mukhtar Ahmad of Pratap Pora Lammer.

“We have contacted all the relatives and friends but couldn’t trace them anywhere,” the family members said.

“We have filed a missing report at the Qazigund Police Station”. they said.

The families had also provided a contact number, 9682634506 urging everyone with clue about their whereabouts to reach out to them.

A senior police official confirmed that a missing report had been received. adding “We have initiated efforts to locate the trio,” further urging local residents to come forward with any information or clues about the missing persons.
