Srinagar, Feb 23 (KNS): Prominent Social Activist and Apni Party Leader Waqar Bhatti has been slapped with PSA by district administration Rajouri. Documents in possession of KNS say that he has five cases against him in police stations.
Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari had recently in a statement raised concern about the arrest of his party colleague. (KNS)
