K. Chatterjee struck down the PSA order, paving the way for Hyderi\u2019s release. The journalist was arrested in September 2023 on charges of \u2018extortion\u2019 and defamation before being shifted to Kot Bhalwal Jail under PSA detention.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Incarcerated Journalist was represented by the Advocate Muhammad Yousuf Bhat.
