Official records confirm that the vehicle was operating illegally without a valid fitness certificate and permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bus, meant for transporting students, had its fitness certificate expire on June 19, 2025, and its permit lapse on July 19, 2025, according to RTO records. This is a direct violation of the Motor Vehicles Act.
