The 18th of September at Ramzaan College of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences was a memorable day. It was more than just a date on the calendar. It was a living expression of love, gratitude, and respect for the heart and soul of every institution\u2014the teachers. Although the celebrations had been delayed due to the recent flood, the spirit of appreciation remained undiminished. When the day finally arrived, it shone with even greater warmth and joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Teachers\u2019 Day was not merely a function but a celebration of faith, culture, and emotion. It reflected the timeless bond between teacher and student. There was joy in every corner of the college. Every smile reflected appreciation, and every sound echoed with admiration for the noblest profession on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As I entered the auditorium, I was amazed by the beauty and warmth of the decorations. Balloons floated gracefully, twinkling lights brightened the stage, and the d\u00e9cor gave the hall the look of a garden of respect. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between enthusiasm and reverence, reminding everyone that teachers are dream builders and the pillars of society. Every detail seemed to whisper gratitude and affection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The proceedings began with a motivating address by Bushra, a student, who spoke about the true spirit of teaching. She reminded everyone that teachers are not mere trainers, but artists of character and the unseen pillars of nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, the respected Principal, Professor Jamsheeda Zaroo, addressed the gathering with a powerful and inspiring speech, highlighting perseverance, discipline, and dedication as the mantras of success. Her words kindled motivation in every student, urging them toward responsibility and optimism. Ambreena and Salma followed with graceful speeches, rich in experience and genuine emotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No Kashmiri celebration is complete without its cultural essence. Soon, the auditorium resonated with soulful Kashmiri songs like \u201cCholham Na Pooshai\u201d and the energetic \u201cBumbroo Bumbroo.\u201d Showstoppers such as \u201cMai Aa Likhu Tu Aajayay\u201d and \u201cAaz Roozei Saanay Dilbar Meanay\u201d turned the hall into a musical celebration of joy and pride, reminding everyone that roots anchor us even as education gives wings to fly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The highlight of the day was the teacher-student interactive games. The hall filled with laughter as students and teachers exchanged witty remarks. When Zahid Sir jokingly said, \u201cThe question is out of syllabus,\u201d a student quickly replied, \u201cNow you know how we feel during exams,\u201d sending ripples of laughter across the room. Mahak Ma\u2019am humorously suggested adding \u201cNun Chai\u201d to the nursing syllabus, drawing cheerful applause. These lighthearted exchanges reminded everyone that teachers are approachable and deeply connected with their students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After lunch, a delightful surprise awaited the teachers. Each was welcomed with a special song that reflected their personality and contribution. The Principal received \u201cTum Aaye Ho Noor Aa Gaya Hai.\u201d Ishrat Ma\u2019am was greeted with \u201cYeh Dil Tum Bin Lagta Nahi.\u201d Nazakat Ma\u2019am received \u201cTu Hi Dildaar Mera,\u201d Rimsha Ma\u2019am \u201cTere Chehre Se Nazar Nahin Hatti,\u201d and Ajaz Sir \u201cTum Itna Jo Muskura Rahe Ho.\u201d Rabia Ma\u2019am was honored with \u201cSadaagi To Hamari Zara Dekhiye,\u201d while Rayees Sir\u2019s entry was marked with \u201cZara Dil Ko Thaam Lo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mudasir Sir\u2019s liveliness matched \u201cFirst Class,\u201d Zahid Sir\u2019s enthusiasm resonated with \u201cApne To Jaise Taise,\u201d and Nighat Ma\u2019am was crowned with \u201cSurili Akhiyon Wale.\u201d Abid Sir\u2019s energy lit up the hall with \u201cSwag Se Karenge Sabka Swagat,\u201d while Rouf Sir\u2019s arrival was accompanied by \u201cDard-e-Disco.\u201d Rifat Ma\u2019am was celebrated with \u201cBanjaara,\u201d Aqib Sir with \u201cGalti Se Mistake,\u201d and Inayat Sir with \u201cAle Ale.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asifa Ma\u2019am\u2019s elegance was matched with \u201cIlahi,\u201d Mahak Ma\u2019am\u2019s strength with \u201cKuch Pa Kar Khona Hai,\u201d Zeeshan Sir\u2019s vibrancy with \u201cEk Pal Ka Jeena,\u201d and Ubaid Sir\u2019s charm with \u201cTu Kahan Se Aaya Hai.\u201d Even the office staff were honored with songs, showing that every contribution, big or small, was valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflecting on the day, it was clear that this Teachers\u2019 Day was not just an event but a golden page in the college\u2019s history. It brought together laughter, music, culture, and gratitude in perfect harmony. For me, it was the first Teachers\u2019 Day I had ever seen celebrated on such a grand scale, and it will always remain unforgettable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heartfelt thanks go to the management, to student volunteers Yamin Yaqoob, Sadaf Jan, Shaista, and especially to Faizan Turray, whose dedication and creativity turned challenges into triumphs. Special appreciation also to Faizan Javaid and Aanif for their energy and talent as DJs who kept the spirit of the event alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This day will remain a shining memory, a cultural treasure, and most importantly, an eternal tribute to the world\u2019s noblest profession\u2014teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
