Zahoor Ahmed<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In today\u2019s climate, it is becoming alarmingly easy to put a teacher on trial in the court of public opinion before facts are even established. While any genuine grievance must be taken seriously and investigated fairly, we must also acknowledge a growing pattern where some students, instead of focusing on their studies, resort to unruly behavior, instant outrage, and social media trials that can irreparably damage reputations.<br>We have seen similar disturbing patterns in other sectors too : particularly in hospitals, where doctors are often subjected to aggression from attendants, only for facts to emerge later that tell a very different story. Incidents like the one last year at SMHS, where an attendant later apologized, remind us how quickly narratives are built and how slowly truth catches up.<br>A teacher\u2019s dignity and years of service cannot be brushed aside overnight based on allegations alone. Due process exists for a reason. Unfortunately, what we often witness is administrative haste and government apathy, swift action against teachers to appease public sentiment, but little concern for safeguarding their rights, morale, or professional integrity. Why does the system repeatedly fail to protect those entrusted with shaping minds ? Why are teachers so often made scapegoats in moments of public outrage ?<br>Education cannot thrive in an atmosphere of fear where teachers feel constantly vulnerable to accusation without protection. Discipline, mutual respect, and accountability must be upheld on both sides. Equally concerning is the growing tendency of students to turn aggressive ; what is driving this shift towards intolerance and confrontation instead of dialogue and learning ?<br>If we continue down this path, we risk discouraging sincere educators while enabling a culture of indiscipline and trial by media.<br>Let the truth come out, but let fairness, not frenzy, guide us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2712\ufe0f :.
