Dr. Rather, widely recognized for his multidimensional personality, has made notable contributions as a litterateur, historian, teacher, and youth leader. Serving as the Youth President of the Justice and Development Front (JDF), Baramulla, he has remained actively engaged in promoting education, youth empowerment, and social awareness across the region.
His latest book, \u201cPartition: A Wailing Saga,\u201d is the result of over a decade of dedicated research. The work sheds light on the deeply painful and often overlooked experiences of women during the Partition of 1947. By highlighting the untold stories of suffering and resilience, the book brings a fresh and sensitive perspective to historical discourse.
