Shaheen &amp; deceased Advocate Bilal Ahmad Bhat in connection with a case registered at Police Station Maisuma on March 29, 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sources told CNS that the charge sheet was submitted by Police Station Maisuma before the designated NIA Court for judicial consideration under 13 UAPA and 188RPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the prosecution, the accused allegedly raised pro-Azadi slogans, shouted anti-national slogans, violated restrictions imposed by the District Magistrate during an incident at Lal Chowk, Srinagar, delivered provocative speeches, and raised slogans directed against the sovereignty and integrity of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the filing of the charge sheet after nearly 16 years, the matter has now formally entered the trial stage.
