CONDOLENCE RESOLUTION
It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that the Bar Association Baramulla mourns the untimely and tragic demise of our worthy member Advocate Mr. Mohamad Arif Khan, a young and aspiring lawyer.
Advocate Mohamad Arif Khan had been actively practicing in the courts of Baramulla. His passing at such a young age is a profound loss not only to his family and friends but also to the legal community at large .
As a mark of respect and in recognition of the grief felt across the legal fraternity especially among young lawyers the Bar Association Baramulla has resolved to suspend all court work today i.e on Tuesday 24/02/2026, except for urgent and emergent matters. All respected members of the Bar are requested to gather in the Conference Room at 11:00 AM sharp for a condolence meeting.
The Bar Association extends its heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, friends, and colleagues of Advocate Mohamad Arif Khan. We share in their grief and pray for strength and patience to endure this irreplaceable loss.
May Almighty grant the departed soul eternal peace and the highest place in Jannah
