New Delhi — Ayaz Darwi, General Secretary of JDU JKUT, along with Party President GM Shaheen, attended a high-level meeting at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi, with Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Shri Ram Nath Thakur.
The meeting addressed key issues concerning the agricultural sector in Jammu and Kashmir, including the implementation and expansion of central agricultural schemes, enhanced farmer support, and strategies to boost productivity and sustainability in the region’s agrarian economy.
On the occasion, GM Shaheen urged the Hon’ble Minister to ensure that the benefits of all agricultural schemes and initiatives are delivered to the farmers of Jammu and Kashmir in a timely and effective manner.
