Subject: Cease and Desist – Immediate Removal of Defamatory and Harmful Content from Social Media and Request for Investigation into Financial Dealings of KYC and Associated Individuals.
Sir,
It has been brought to my attention through social media that you, Mr. Musadiq Bashir, Mr. Yawar Rashid, Dr. Bari, Ms. Asifa Bashir is allegedly involved in a public dispute involving the dissemination of defamatory and inappropriate content on social media platforms. Specifically, it is alleged that Dr. Bari and Ms. Asifa Bashir have shared videos depicting individuals engaging in immoral acts attributing these to Mr. Musadiq Bashir, who is associated with operating an old age home under Kashmir Youth Courage (KYC). These actions are purportedly linked to accusations of misappropriation of public donations by KYC.
Furthermore, it is noted that Ms. Asifa Bashir and Ms as public figures, have previously visited the KYC shelter home and, through their influence, may have facilitated the collection of public donations. Their recent actions, including spreading inflammatory content and alleging foul play by KYC, contribute to a malicious campaign that undermines societal values and public decency.
The dissemination of such content on social media is defamatory, offensive, and detrimental to the moral fabric of our society and causes irreparable harm to the reputation of individuals and organizations while eroding public trust. Such conduct is unacceptable and must be stopped immediately.

You are hereby directed to:Immediately cease posting, sharing, or disseminating any defamatory, inflammatory, or inappropriate content, including videos, that tarnish the reputation of individuals or organizations on social media or any other public platform.
Remove all such content, including but not limited to the aforementioned videos, from all social media accounts and platforms under your control within 24 hours of receipt of this notice.
Refrain from engaging in any further public blame games or defamatory campaigns that harm the dignity of individuals or the values of our society.
Failure to comply with these directives within the stipulated timeframe will compel me to initiate appropriate legal action under the relevant provisions of law for spreading harmful content online.
Request for Investigation:
I hereby request the following authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into the financial dealings and operations of the non-governmental organization (NGO) operated by Mr. Musadiq Bashir, Mr. Yawar Rashid, Dr. Bari (if associated with any NGO).
Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir are requested to examine the financial transactions, donation records, and operational practices of Kashmir Youth Courage (KYC) and any related entities to ascertain whether there has been any misappropriation of funds or other wrongdoing. Should any irregularities be found, I request that the responsible parties be held accountable under the law.
This matter is of significant public interest, as the actions of the aforementioned individuals affect not only the reputation of those involved but also the trust of the community in charitable organizations.I trust that you will comply with this notice immediately and that the concerned authorities will investigate the matter with the urgency it demands.
