Baramulla Police’s Advisory Against Divisive Social Media Posts

Baramulla, November 12:

Baramulla Police advises citizens to exercise utmost restraint and responsibility while using social media platforms and to refrain from posting, sharing, or engaging with any content that promotes communal, divisive, or inflammatory narratives.

Strict legal action will be taken against individuals found spreading hate, misinformation, or anti-national propaganda online. People are further advised to remain alert against social media accounts operated from across the border that are seeking to provoke sentiments and disturb public order.

Baramulla Police urges all citizens to act responsibly on social media and contribute towards maintaining peace, unity, and public harmony in the district.
