Unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir has touched an alarming 32%, underscoring the urgent need for a strong industrial policy, faster land allotments, and effective implementation of the online land system.

People have suffered immensely. Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loans must be waived, and crop insurance should be introduced to provide relief to distressed farmers, particularly in light of last year’s disastrous road conditions, stated Waheed Parra in the Assembly.
