It has often been seen, observed and verified that the people working at the same place always play a hide and seek to skip the assignment and try to put the blame on other counterparts. In return,they get badly exposed when the boss cross checks the facts and loses trust and faith on them.
But the irony reaches its peak when it comes to the tug of war between regular and temporary employees.These regular employees always try to put a work load on the shoulders of a temporary one as if he is paid more than them which makes them envious. But the fact is that a regular employee is paid three times the salary a seasonal worker gets. But, always keeps himself busy while doing nothing. Just in the name of some charges of official correspondences keeps himself aloof from rest of the staff pretending to show that I am busy enough. And when it comes to the results of the work done, he blames the raw material used so for. The very bad tendency is that we always try to please the boss by means of propagating false hypothesis that never yeilds results. And second bad thing is that we always try to poison the ears of our boss against each other. And it impacts the mindset of a boss the effect that he doesn’t evaluate our work,but what he is narrated to by hypocrites.
Human Behaviour within the working sphere must not tend towards false theory, false hypothesis and blame game. But, must show the tendency towards positive dent so that work we do becomes result oriented. And we are able to get the desired outcomes. We are able to provide the desired service to the people to whom we owe a lot and have moral obligations to fulfill.
Without differentiating between the status of job we must focuss on the work assigned. And understanding why I am assigned this work is the basis of our honest approach.The simple logic behind it is we are paid for the work that is assigned and our wages become due to us only after we complete the assigned to us. Only then we are justified in saying that we are performing our duty. Otherwise, it is all fraud and cheating.
