Srinagar, Aug 6: The Chamber of Commerce & Industries Kashmir (CCIK) has appointed Advocate Sheikh Aamir as its Legal Advisor and Standing Counsel to represent the organisation before the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, as well as all subordinate courts and judicial forums.
The appointment reflects CCIK’s commitment to strengthening its legal representation and ensuring effective advocacy on matters concerning the business and industrial community of Kashmir. In his new role, Adv. Sheikh Aamir will provide legal counsel to the Chamber and represent its interests in various judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings.
CCIK expressed confidence that Adv. Sheikh Aamir’s legal expertise and professional experience will contribute significantly to safeguarding the organisation’s legal interests and supporting its efforts to address issues affecting the trade and business fraternity across the region.
