PDP leader criticizes present goverment and said that the power fee hike comes at a time when the people of kashmir particularly are facing back to back financial challenges shattered bussinesses, huge losses to fruit growers, farmers tourism affialated people and can not afford more surcharges especially poor & marganalised consumers
