Imran Shah Highlights Drinking Water, Power and Road Issues in Anzvola; Says Strong Cadre Is Backbone of NC

Anantnag, September 13: National Conference (NC) senior leader and Vice President Anantnag, Imran Amin Shah, addressed a workers’ meeting at Anzvola in the Central Anantnag constituency, urging party workers and cadres to further strengthen the National Conference organisation at the grassroots level.

Addressing the gathering, Shah called upon NC workers to remain closely connected with the people and work with dedication to expand and consolidate the party’s organisational base at the grassroots level. He emphasised that a strong and active cadre is the backbone of the party and is essential for effectively representing the aspirations and concerns of the people.

During the meeting, Shah also highlighted several pressing public issues, particularly those related to drinking water supply, electricity, and the widening and improvement of the Anchidora–Anzvola Road. He stressed the need for sustained efforts to address these basic infrastructural concerns and improve the quality of life for residents of the area.

Imran Shah reiterated that the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference remains firmly committed to public welfare, inclusive development, and addressing the genuine concerns of the people. He said the party would continue to raise issues affecting the common people and work towards ensuring responsive governance and equitable development.

He further urged party workers to maintain constant engagement with the public, listen to their concerns, and strengthen the bond between the party and the people through dedicated grassroots-level work.

Imran Shah said that under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, the National Conference is committed to fulfilling its promises and addressing the genuine concerns and aspirations of the people. He expressed confidence that the party would continue working towards development, better public services and the welfare of every section of society.

“The National Conference is committed to serving the people, strengthening its grassroots organisation, and working relentlessly for the development and welfare of every section of society,” Shah said.
