The employees said that NHM workers across Jammu and Kashmir have been rendering dedicated services in the healthcare sector and performing important responsibilities at health institutions.
They appealed to the government to address their long-pending demands, including regularisation, job security, fair wages and pay parity, and ensure that NHM employees receive equal treatment for equal responsibilities.
